About the Project
Acubel Holistic Practice is a private traditional Chinese medicine clinic with locations in London, York, and Ilkley, UK.

Challenges:
The client approached me to design a fully responsive website to represent their clinics across all three cities. Previously, they had a basic landing page created using a website builder, which lacked functionality and a professional touch.
Results:
A modern website was developed, optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. Fonts, colors, and images were carefully selected to align with the clinic’s branding and values. A clear and user-friendly information architecture was proposed, featuring page layouts that seamlessly showcase full details about the clinic’s services, pricing, and practitioners’ qualifications. The design incorporates an easy-to-use contact form, direct contact options, and strategically placed CTA buttons to guide user interaction.
As a result, the client received their first booking through the website on the very first day of its launch. Furthermore, 98% of users are individuals who arrived directly through Google search, thanks to precise SEO word selection. Additionally, 21% of visitors reach the feedback form and leave their information, boosting client engagement and conversion rates.
